Road Condition Monitoring Contract

Kent County Council is seeking a supplier to deliver Road Condition Monitoring (RCM) and SCRIM surveys across its entire highway network in accordance with PAS 2161 and BS 7941-1 standards, including provision of all associated survey data and outputs. The contract, valued at £936,000, represents an end-to-end service where the supplier will conduct surveys using their own equipment, vehicles, and staff, and supports the Council's transition from legacy SCANNER and CVI survey methods. The scope may be expanded in future to include footway condition survey support such as training and data collection hardware or software.
