0-19 Public Health Integrated Service (Healthy Child Programme)

Nottingham City Council is commissioning an integrated 0-19 public health service (Healthy Child Programme) combining health visiting for ages 0-5 and school nursing for ages 5-19 (to 25 for those with SEND and care leavers) for approximately 87,001 children and young people in the city. The contract will run for an initial 5 years from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2032, with two optional extensions (3+2 years), with a total potential value of up to £138.7 million including discretionary modifications for growth from external funding. Bids must not exceed the initial annual maximum of £12.6 million and must demonstrate overhead costs of no more than 30% of total pricing.
