Provision of on train and gateline advertising

South Western Railway Limited is procuring a commercial advertising concession for an advertising supplier to market, sell and manage paid advertising across on-train media and station ticket gate media throughout its network in South West England. The supplier will secure advertisers, manage sales and revenue collection, and deliver approximately 16,000 interior advertising spaces across 325 train sets (including around 1,250 digital screens) and 316 double-sided ticket gate advertising formats across 42 stations, with revenue shared under an agreed commercial model. The concession is valued at approximately £9 million with a submission deadline of 14 December 2026.
