Electrical Testing Domestic and Commercial

Qualis Property Solutions Ltd has awarded a contract worth £3.34 million to CB Services Group Ltd and KBH Building Services Limited for an electrical testing programme comprising full electrical installation testing of residential properties and communal blocks, production of Electrical Installation Condition Reports, agreed remedial repairs, and full rewires where required, with certification to be delivered over a five-year programme. The contract, signed on 29 June 2026, requires compliance with current IET Wiring Regulations and British Standards, ongoing performance monitoring through KPIs, and integration of sustainability and social value measures including local employment promotion.
