London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham has a statutory responsibility for improving the health of their local population and for public health services, including most sexual health services and services aimed at reducing drug and alcohol misuse As well as make the arrangements for the delivery of the NHS Health Check (NHSHC) programme within the local authority area.
