DHSC_DfL National Reduce and Reuse MedTech Products Campaigns 2026

The Department of Health & Social Care and NHS England seek a supplier to provide research, analysis, piloting, implementation evaluation and programme support for the Design for Life National Reuse and Reduce MedTech Products Programme, supporting the Government's circular economy ambitions for MedTech products by 2045. The supplier will recruit and support a minimum of 20 NHS Trusts through pilot and implementation phases, conduct quality improvement and health economic assessments, undertake behavioural insight work, and develop adoption metrics, evidence reports and implementation guidance for priority products including tourniquets, blood pressure cuffs, theatre caps and other items. The estimated contract value is £463,520 excluding VAT, with submissions due by 1 September 2026.
