PHOENIX TECHNICAL REFRESH PHASE 3

Rail Settlement Plan has awarded a contract to Tracsis PLC for Phase 3 of the Phoenix Technical Refresh Programme, the final stage of modernising the Phoenix Staff Travel Management and Administration System used by Rail Staff Travel Limited. Phase 3 will complete the migration of remaining portal functionality, customer-facing processes and core data management onto the modernised technical architecture, improving usability, cyber security, resilience and data integrity while retiring legacy technology components. The award to the incumbent supplier is justified by technical dependencies from previous phases that would create significant duplication, delay and operational risk if another supplier were engaged.
