London Borough of Harrow has awarded a £99,000 contract to Essex & Anglia Preservation Limited for specialist damp diagnosis, surveying, and waterproofing services across its housing stock. The appointment was made on 5 July 2026 to maintain service continuity with an existing provider of ten years, given the specialist nature of the work and the established knowledge of the Council's properties and operational processes. The services include diagnosis of damp and moisture defects, intrusive investigations, condition surveys, and remedial waterproofing solutions.
