Department of Health - Developing a Preventative Adult Social Care and Support Framework in Northern Ireland

The Department of Health awarded a contract worth £235,810 to Impower Consulting Limited on 9 July 2026 to develop a preventative adult social care and support framework in Northern Ireland. The work supports the delivery of Priority 3 (Prevention and Early Intervention) from the Reforming Adult Social Care and Support Delivery Plan (2026–2029), with scope including establishing an evidence base, quantifying improvement opportunities, creating collaborative learning mechanisms, and developing actionable proposals to deliver measurable improvements in outcomes, service capacity, and value for money.
