Planned Works - Kitchens and Bathrooms replacement programme including associated electrical works

Ongo Homes Limited is procuring a multi-supplier framework for kitchen and bathroom replacement works, associated electrical works, void property works, and miscellaneous construction activity across its housing stock. The estimated contract value is £35m–£40m over an initial 3-year term with options to extend up to 5 additional years, with anticipated commencement in January 2027 and delivery of approximately 7,000 kitchen and 1,000 bathroom replacements. The framework will appoint up to three suppliers on a call-off, measured-term basis with flexible, responsive delivery to occupied and void properties, emphasising tenant engagement, service standards, social value, and compliance with CDM Regulations.
