Overview

The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime seeks to appoint an Expert Partner for Youth Digital Safety in London to support the Violence Reduction Unit's digital safety programme, addressing online harms affecting young people aged 11–25. The appointment is structured as two complementary lots—Lot 1 (Research, Policy and Evidence Partner) and Lot 2 (Programme Development and Learning Partner)—with a 36-month contract period from October 2026 (initial 24 months plus optional 12-month extension) and a maximum contract value of up to £550,000 excluding VAT. The partner will deliver specialist support across policy, research, evidence, programme development and practice translation to strengthen London's coordinated, multi-agency response to online harms including exploitation, technology-enabled abuse, misogyny and violence against women and girls.
