Overview

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is procuring an open framework for evidence base services to support local plan development and review, structured across eight lots covering housing, built and natural environment, landscape and biodiversity, employment and commercial, transport and parking, sustainability, sports and recreation, and viability. The framework will also be available to Maidstone Borough Council, Tonbridge and Malling Borough, and Sevenoaks District Council, with a maximum of five consultants appointed per lot and individual consultants limited to three lots maximum.
