Design and Build

Chigwell Parish Council is inviting tenders for the design and build refurbishment and improvement of the Community Hub and Victory Hall in Chigwell, Essex, with a budget of up to £100,000 (excluding VAT) jointly funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and the Parish Council. The scope includes accessibility improvements, installation of accessible community kitchens, security and storage upgrades, infrastructure improvements to lighting, heating, ventilation, power and data, fire safety upgrades, and internal reconfiguration works to enhance community facility functionality and use. The successful contractor will manage detailed design development, specialist coordination, construction, commissioning, certification, and handover, with tender submissions due by 14 August 2026.
