Overview

The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Cumbria and Cumbria Commissioner Fire and Rescue Authority have jointly awarded a direct contract for external counselling affiliate and associate services to a pool of three providers: Etre Mental Health & Counselling, Kerry Hodgkinson Counselling & Psychotherapy, and Tony Parrott Counselling. The contract, effective from 31 March 2026, provides face-to-face counselling with geographical coverage and specialist services, including psychological assessments, as a self-referral service to employees across the organisations for an initial 12-month term with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
