PROVISION OF SUPPLY OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PUBLIC SERVICE REFORM PROGRAMME AND IMPLEMENTATION OF COLLABORATION COMPACT

Westmorland and Furness Council procured consultancy services from Mutual Ventures Limited (awarded 10 June 2026) to provide expert advice, facilitation, coaching, design support, and implementation capacity for embedding the Collaboration Compact into public sector practice. The consultancy supports partners in developing collaborative approaches to service reform, building trust and shared accountability, strengthening community co-production, and scaling new ways of working through continuous learning and adaptation.
