Civil Parking Enforcement ANPR Camera

Oxfordshire County Council has awarded a contract worth £4 million to NEOLOGY UK LIMITED on 24 June 2026 for the supply of automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) camera equipment, software, and services to enforce moving traffic offences across the authority's area, including bus lane enforcement, banned turns, box junctions, restricted zones, and traffic filters. The contractor will supply and install enforcement devices on lamp columns and posts, coordinate with the authority's existing suppliers and civil works contractors, and provide a system to capture and transfer observations to an evidence review system. The contract is now in delivery.
