Overview

Buckingham Palace is procuring gas supply services for multiple sites, with metering via AMR or manual reads and monthly consolidated billing. Tenderers may bid on either Lot 1 (flexible commodity trading with fixed supplier fees and pass-through non-commodity costs) or Lot 2 (fixed pence per kWh and standing charge rates), with the buyer to select which lot(s) to award before making its decision. Service Level Agreements are to be mutually agreed between the supplier and buyer.
