Nature-based interventions evidence review: ecosystem function, benefits, and nature-related risks

Natural England is commissioning an evidence review to assess the confidence with which nature-based interventions deliver ecosystem services, benefits from nature, and reduce nature-related risks, based on priority actions identified in the State of Natural Capital Report for England 2024. The review will establish evidence-led relationships between interventions and ecosystem function, and provide decision-useful evidence on nature-based solutions for use by environmental practitioners, business, planning, and green finance sectors. The contract is open for submission until 17 July 2026 with an estimated value of £41,250.
