Award of Ceredigion – Tregaron Livestock Mart Roof Replacement / Gwobr Ceredigion – Amnewid To Marchnad Da Byw Tregaron

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and replace asbestos cement roof coverings at Tregaron Livestock Mart, including structural inspections, concrete purlin replacement, installation of a new roof covering system with rooflights, and renewal of gutters, downpipes, soffits and fascias. The appointed contractor will act as Principal Contractor responsible for planning, managing and delivering the works in compliance with health and safety and asbestos regulations, with works coordinated to minimize disruption to live mart operations.
