Microsoft Certified Engineering Support

Sellafield Limited has awarded a contract worth £527,956 to Microsoft Limited for Microsoft Certified Engineering Support services, covering advanced technical support, product escalation, and engineering-level assurance for its Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, and security services. The contract was awarded as a direct award under Section 41 of the Procurement Act 2023, as Microsoft is the sole supplier capable of providing direct access to product engineering teams and source-level diagnostics for the Authority's integrated enterprise environment.
