Student Occupational Health Platform

Cardiff University is seeking a system to manage its Occupational Health service for students, supporting health screening, immunisation, fitness to practise assessments, and clinical advice for approximately 1,500 first-year students annually and around 400 management referrals per academic year. The platform will handle triaging of health screening questionnaires, appointment scheduling, and health surveillance to ensure students on healthcare, medical, and dental programmes can safely participate in placements and university activities. The estimated value is £200,000 with submissions due by 21 October 2026.
