BCU-DIR-63185 Ongoing Support, Maintenance and Partial Kiosk Upgrade for BloodTrack Courier System

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board has awarded a contract worth £128,236.58 to Haemonetics Ltd for ongoing support, maintenance, and licensing of its BloodTrack Courier System, with a partial upgrade of existing kiosks to ensure standardisation and compatibility across the organisation. The contract was direct awarded to the equipment manufacturer due to system compatibility requirements and the need to maintain interface with the Health Board's existing network infrastructure. This is an interim arrangement pending a competitive tendering exercise for equipment and services in the longer term.
