Interior Design Services - YLCAN Tottenham Lane (Crouch End)

YMCA London City and North is seeking an interior design practice to develop coordinated interior design proposals to RIBA Stage 3+ for a supported accommodation redevelopment at Crouch End, London, delivering approximately 174 bedspaces in a co-living model. The scope includes interior design development, coordination with the multidisciplinary team, room data sheets, finishes schedules, FF&E specifications, joinery design, wayfinding strategy, and contribution to Design & Build tender documentation, with emphasis on inclusive, sustainable, and psychologically-informed design principles for young people experiencing homelessness. Bidders must demonstrate experience on at least two comparable projects, public or third sector client experience, and proven capability to deliver RIBA Stage 3+ coordinated packages.
