Minor Refurbishment of North Rona Lighthouse

The Northern Lighthouse Board is procuring minor refurbishment works at North Rona Lighthouse, a remote island station comprising three buildings. The scope includes replacing seals on GRP buildings, painting the lighthouse tower, installing a replacement door and new water tank, carrying out fibreglass repairs, replacing broken slabs, undertaking fencing works, and washing down structures to remove marine growth. Access is by helicopter only with a first landing date of 30 September 2026, and the contractor must provide teams of 2–4 people per site block to carry out the works and operate the accommodation block engine.
