WE_1445 - Transnational Education Quality Assurance Framework, Kazakhstan

The British Council awarded a contract to The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) on 31 July 2026 for up to three years of consultancy services to implement and enhance the Transnational Education Quality Assurance Framework in Kazakhstan. The scope includes embedding the framework across the higher education sector through institutional capacity building, training and mentorship programmes, developing practical tools and guidance, and supporting alignment among universities, regulators, and quality assurance bodies to ensure consistent application of quality standards.
