Abington Library Refurbishment Works

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking bids for refurbishment works to create a hireable private space at the back of Abington Library, estimated at £300,000. The scope includes a new flat roof, energy-efficient windows and doors, internal flooring, decoration, kitchen units, heating and insulation, a covered linkway, cloakroom and kitchen refurbishment, and garden clearance with hard paving. Works are expected to take approximately 4–5 months, and bidders must be based or established in Northamptonshire with a minimum annual turnover of £600,000 and CDM principal contractor capability.
