Estates Consultancy Services

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire is seeking an estates consultancy services provider to deliver client-side advisory and project delivery support for a programme of small to medium-scale estates projects across Warwickshire Police's operational estate, including refurbishments, extensions, upgrades, and maintenance works. The appointed consultant will manage multi-disciplinary design teams (RIBA stages 1–7), procure works contracts, manage costs and risks, administer contracts, and provide technical advisory on planning and regulatory compliance. The contract is for two years with optional extensions of up to two further twelve-month periods, with an estimated value of £1.76–£2.63 million over the full four-year potential term.
