The Provision of an Income Management System & Associated Services

Leicester City Council has awarded a contract worth £7,212,272 to ACCESS PAYSUITE LTD for the provision of an Income Management System and associated services, following a competitive procurement process. The system will replace the Council's current payment and income management software and must be cloud-hosted, integrating with existing host systems and the Unit4 Business World accounting system to handle customer balances and facilitate payments across multiple channels. The initial contract term is two years with options to extend for up to four additional two-year periods, subject to satisfactory performance.
