Energy One Stop Shop - Crisis, Prevention and Retrofit Readiness

Wales & West Utilities Limited awarded a £600,000 contract to PEC TRUST on 21 June 2026 for the Energy One Stop Shop project, which delivers comprehensive support to fuel-poor and energy-insecure households across Plymouth. The project combines crisis intervention, prevention advice, structured casework, and community engagement through a Home Hub, home visits, and outreach at health and community venues, addressing low income, high energy costs, and poor energy efficiency while raising awareness of energy safety and priority services. The programme is now in delivery and will strengthen household resilience and system-wide responses to fuel poverty through financial support, energy efficiency advice, healthier housing conditions, and early intervention training for frontline workers.
