Overview

Ongoing project to assess the pollution impacts from Parc Mine and determine the best way of managing the problem. A recent slope failure has led to significant debris deposited in and around the river channel of Nant Gwydyr, it has led to instability of a raised weir structure in addition to a gabion cascade. This contract is to facilitate access to the site, strengthen the weir structure and clear the river of debris left over from the collapse.
