Youth Hub Mental Health Coach

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority awarded a contract to CPSL Mind Ltd for £47,939 to continue the Mental Health Coach role within the Peterborough Youth Employment Hub for Year 2 of the Youth Guarantee. The coach will work holistically with young people to develop personalised Thrive at Work action plans, build confidence and self-esteem, and support their progression into employment, education or training through person-centred support. The role includes expanding employer engagement by building a network of workplace Champions to inspire young people and broaden their understanding of employment and training pathways.
