Overview

PROSPER is establishing a multi-supplier framework for the supply and distribution of kitchens to UK public-sector bodies, split into seven geographical lots (North, Central, South East, South West, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland), with an estimated value of £750 million. The authority will appoint up to six qualified providers per lot to deliver the full kitchen supply and distribution requirements. The tender closes on 27 July 2026, and interested providers must register on the Proactis ProContract e-Tendering System to submit their expressions of interest.
