e-ITT for the provision of Kitchen Replacements to New Forest District Council owned properties

New Forest District Council has awarded a four-year kitchen replacement framework agreement to Ian Williams Limited for works on local authority residential housing and other council-owned buildings across the district, with an estimated value of £5.7 million. The single-contractor framework runs from July 2026 to July 2030, with an initial two-year term and two optional 12-month extensions subject to performance. Works will be delivered based on the council's operational demand and available budget, with no guarantee of a minimum contract value.
