Project Jumpstart to Success (GLA’s UKSPF)

Project Jumpstart to Success is a mentoring and skills development programme for NEET young people aged 16–24, delivered by the City of London Corporation in collaboration with London Local Authorities and partners Cultiv8 and PSEV. The project provides individually tailored support, including coding sessions, hackathons, and mentoring on pre-employment and life skills, targeting groups including those from ethnic backgrounds, NEET women, and those with SEND, with the aim of supporting participants into employment, education, or training. The contract was awarded on 26 May 2026 for a value of £100,000.
