The supplier is responsible for securing and finalizing the venue booking, coordinating with scholars and universities, arranging speakers, accommodation, catering, and conducting leadership workshops, networking activities, and an AI-focused hackathon. The event will formally launch the programme, convene government ministers and industry partners with the first cohort of scholars, and generate media coverage positioning the UK as a global leader in AI talent development.
