DAF SPARES AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES/REPAIRS

City of Doncaster Council (CDC) seeks to establish a compliant, long‑term agreement with an authorised DAF main dealer for: 1. Supply of genuine DAF OEM spare parts. 2. Specialist DAF vehicle repairs that cannot be undertaken in‑house. 3. A 24/7 breakdown and roadside recovery service via the DAFaid support network. The objective is to ensure: 1. Operational continuity for CDC’s Transport Team. 2. Protection of manufacturer/extended warranties. 3. Access to DAF‑trained technicians, proprietary diagnostic tools and software. 4. Minimisation of fleet downtime and maximisation of vehicle lifespan.
