Continuation of the North Kensington Young People's Contract for the Medium to High Support Supported Housing Services for Young People with Complex Needs

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has awarded Hestia Housing & Support a contract worth £809,947.14 to continue providing medium to high support supported housing services for young people aged 16–25 with complex needs across North Kensington. The service delivers accommodation and support to vulnerable and homeless young people, including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum seekers, to help them live independently and maintain tenancies while preventing access to more acute services. The contract commenced on 1 October 2024 and is now in delivery.
