TEC Partnership - Legionella Risk Assessment, Monitoring and Management

TEC Partnership awarded a contract worth £90,850 to Frank Portlock Consulting Limited on 6 July 2026 to provide Legionella risk assessment, monitoring and management services across its multiple education and training campuses in North East Lincolnshire, East Lindsey, and North Yorkshire, in accordance with HSE guidance L8 and HSG274. The contractor will undertake legionella testing and management services for designated sites from the Partnership's portfolio, which includes further and higher education institutions, specialist training providers, a secondary academy, and a nursery.
