Suffolk Alternative Provision Tier One (Outreach) Service

Suffolk County Council has awarded a contract to Raedwald Trust for the Alternative Provision Tier One (Outreach) Service, valued at £1.6 million for an initial two-year period with an optional 24-month extension. The service delivers targeted early support within mainstream schools for children across Key Stages 1–4 to address emerging needs, prevent exclusion, and enable children with complex and vulnerable circumstances to remain engaged in mainstream education. The provider will work in partnership with schools, families, and other agencies to tailor interventions that remove barriers to learning and improve educational outcomes.
