Higher Needs Floating Support 2026-29

Bristol City Council has awarded a contract worth £4,351,182 to Addiction Recovery Agency for the provision of floating support services to people with higher support needs and a history of rough sleeping, including those in unsupported temporary accommodation or transitioning from supported housing, prison, or hospital. The contract also includes establishing a Keeping In Touch service to provide remote support and ongoing contact for up to two years for clients who have graduated from the higher support program but require continued assistance to sustain wellbeing.
