Highway and Transport Consultant for the New Wing

The National Gallery has appointed Pell Frischmann Consultants Limited as Highways & Transport Consultant for a new wing development at the Gallery on Trafalgar Square in central London, with a contract value of £99,930 awarded on 11 June 2026. The consultant will provide integrated highways engineering and transport planning services across all statutory processes, including Section 278 works, Traffic Management Orders, and coordination with Westminster City Council and Transport for London, supporting the project through planning, design, and implementation in a constrained heritage and urban context.
