CWC25178 - Employee Health and Wellbeing Service

Wolverhampton City Council has awarded a contract to OPTIMA HEALTH UK LIMITED for an Employee Health and Wellbeing Service covering occupational health assessments and a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme for approximately 4,500 council employees, effective October 2026. The service will support compliance with health and safety legislation, provide clinical occupational health services including pre-employment checks and health surveillance, and deliver confidential counselling to address employee personal or work-related issues. The contract may also be utilised by other public-sector bodies including schools, academies, and tenant management organisations through Service Level Agreements.
