Response Maintenance and Improvement

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive has awarded a responsive maintenance and repair services contract to four suppliers: B.I. Electrical Services (NI) Ltd trading as Greenview, Combined Facilities Management Ltd, Nicor Construction, and P.K. Murphy Construction Limited. The contract, valued at £175.1 million, covers emergency repairs, void property works, civil engineering, asbestos services, fire safety works, and inspections across the authority's properties, with providers required to deliver 24/7/365 responsive repairs and support statutory landlord obligations. Suppliers must meet extensive health and safety, customer care, IT integration, and social value requirements while working in occupied and unoccupied homes, communal areas, and authority-owned buildings and land.
