Overview

East London NHS Foundation Trust has extended its Electronic Patient Record (EPR) service contract with Access UK Limited (which took over from Servelec Healthcare Limited in March 2022) for an additional 14 months from 31 January 2027 to 31 March 2028, with an option for a further 12-month extension to 31 March 2029. The extension maintains existing service levels, service desk provision, and user licence limits, and includes provisions for software updates to meet Information Standards Notices at the Trust's cost where additional components or implementation services are required.
