Overview
The planning policy team is seeking a consultant to produce a Water Cycle Study (WCS) to provide evidence to support the development and future growth of the town. The aim of the WCS will be to identify the current and projected future capacity of water and wastewater infrastructure in Luton assess the potential impact of proposed development on that infrastructure; and specify the investment required to mitigate any negative impacts.
