Data Platform Implementation Partner

The University of Portsmouth has awarded TELEFÓNICA TECH UK LIMITED a contract to design, build, and implement a modern cloud-based data platform on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric to replace its legacy Oracle data warehouse. The scope includes migrating approximately 1,200 ODI mappings, 35 database schemas, and 3,000 tables; delivering governed self-service analytics capabilities; and providing proof-of-concept demonstrations in areas such as predictive analytics and learning analytics. The solution will serve around 4,000 internal users and support the full data lifecycle from ingestion through AI-enabled analytics, with comprehensive documentation, training, and knowledge transfer included.
