TVCA-PROC-0744 - Active Travel Engagement Support Services

Tees Valley Combined Authority appointed Middlesbrough Environment City to deliver comprehensive active travel engagement services valued at £680,000. The contract requires the provider to promote and demonstrate adoption of Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure, manage behaviour change and communications to increase active travel uptake, and operate from two locations across the five constituent local authorities. The service encompasses capability building, public engagement, community involvement, and volunteer management to support active travel for work, education, and everyday activities.
