Overview

Level 3 community minor surgery service that is an alternative to hospital-based treatments offering a one stop service for appropriate minor skin surgical procedures which aims to minimise the need for follow up and redirection. Due to a current delay in the procurement timetable, it is proposed to continue service delivery through the award of a four‑month Urgent Award contract from 13th April 2026 to 31st July 2026. This will ensure continuity of care, support the safe transfer of patients, and allow sufficient time for mobilisation activities to be completed.
