Overview

Bridgend County Borough Council is procuring a three-year Homelessness Prevention and Financial Advice Service (with an option to extend 24 months) starting November 2026, valued at £500,000. The service comprises two integrated elements: homelessness prevention support for people threatened with or experiencing homelessness, covering housing legislation, possession proceedings, and unlawful eviction; and financial advice including debt guidance, income and expenditure management, and Housing Benefit support.
