E-Recruitment Solution (All Wales)

North Wales Police procured an e-recruitment solution on behalf of all four Welsh Police Forces, with Oleeo Limited awarded a £500,000 contract on 31 May 2026. The system provides multi-job posting, applicant tracking and campaign management, candidate screening and assessment, profiling, background referencing, reporting, bilingual functionality, and multiple application forms, and is now fully embedded and integrated across the four forces.
